Our causes & communities
At Talcott, every employee shares in our culture of caring through volunteering. It’s at the core of who we are as individuals and as an organization.
We believe strongly in the value and vitality of the communities where we live and work. That’s why we’re actively involved in all our communities, coordinating volunteer opportunities for employees, providing paid time off to volunteer, sponsoring fundraisers to support our causes, and, in the U.S., offering a matching donation program.

Our impact
Our employees generously give their time and resources to causes in Connecticut, Minnesota, New York, and Pennsylvania as well as Bermuda and Cayman Islands.

Education

We support education-focused programs by:
- Funding mentoring, college readiness, and scholarship programs
- Donating funds and school supplies to local schools and teachers
