The 40 Under Forty Awards are presented annually to young professionals in Connecticut that demonstrate excellence in leadership, entrepreneurism, and commitment to their community.

Bridget has been with Talcott for seven years, and is responsible for regulatory and legislative advocacy, trade association oversight, and political engagement. She played a key role in establishing the company’s government affairs program when Talcott became an independent insurer in 2018, and has worked to strengthen the company’s community, legislative, and regulatory relationships in the years since.
Bridget’s efforts have garnered recognition in the insurance industry and affirmed her role as a leader in the Connecticut business community. She has been elected to serve as Chairperson for the Association of California Life and Health Insurance Companies and the Insurance Association of Connecticut in 2025 and was selected for the 2022 Class of Emerging Leaders by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, the Insurance Careers Movement, and AM Best.
