The new office is situated in the Hixon Building within the Ballantyne Corporate Park in Ballantyne, a neighborhood on the south side of Charlotte.
This nearly 6,000 square foot space can accommodate more than 30 employees and will support Talcott as it executes on its focused growth strategy through a multi-channel platform – spanning retail annuities, funding agreements, reinsurance, and legal entity acquisitions – expanding the solutions Talcott provides to insurance companies, institutional investors, and retail customers.
The leadership team took advantage of the chance to design a workspace tailored to the staff at this office. The space features multiple conference rooms, private offices, and areas suited for both individual and small-team work, as well as multiple kitchenettes and shared break areas. Building amenities also include indoor common areas, outdoor seating setups, recreational spaces, and a nearby nature trail.
Talcott partnered with an array of vendors to ensure the office’s timely and successful opening as the company welcomed employees into a space designed to promote flexibility, connection, and collaboration.
