Community Involvement

We believe strongly in the value and strength of the communities where we live and work. We are actively involved in our local communities, and our employees generously give their time and resources to the Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Connecticut, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania areas.

With altruism at the core of our company culture, we coordinate volunteer opportunities for employees, provide paid time off to volunteer, sponsor fundraisers to support our core causes, and, in the U.S., offer a matching donation program. In addition, we prioritize supporting organizations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and fund disaster relief worldwide.
